Tradelink Express privacy policy is entered into between you as a registered user of our website and Tradelink Express.

Both parties undertake that, during the term of this agreement and for one (1) year after termination, they will not disclose, provide, copy or otherwise make available to any third party any confidential information of any kind concerning the other party except to the extent necessary to implement this agreement and perform the services stated therein. This includes, but is not limited to, the content of this agreement and all information and data acquired in connection with or for the purposes of this agreement.

Both parties undertake to comply with all applicable privacy laws and handle accordingly all data related to customers, suppliers and business partners.

Upon termination of this agreement each party must immediately return to the other party all material in its possession which contains confidential information of the other party. However, the obligation of conservation of secrecy does not extend to information which, at the moment of transmission, is public or known by the public. A party will not be liable for divulging confidential information when required by law.
